I am the manager of the four-star Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments in Budapest. I started my professional training at this hotel in 2013, first as a receptionist and then as Operations Manager before my current position.

In recent years, I have also been involved in hotel operations, assisting in the operational activities of hotels, mainly boutique hotels.

I have been working in various areas of the hospitality industry for over 10 years. During this time, I have been involved in apartment management, worked at smaller independent boutique hotels, and also at one of the world's most significant hotel chains, as well as at a large resort with hundreds of rooms.

After completing my university studies, I gained part of my experience abroad, in Thailand and the United States, which significantly contributed to broadening my professional perspective.

Throughout my career, I've explored almost every department within the hospitality industry, but in the end, the exciting and creative world of revenue management and revenue optimization captured my long-term interest.
